MY METRICS, we were able to determine that the root cause of our performance issues were due to 20%-40% packet loss being experienced on our Internet connections feeding the branch offices. Using the alerts and reports generated from MY METRICS, we were able to get out of the problematic ISP carrier’s 3yr contract (of which we had only served about 1yr at that time), and MY WEBTEK got us lined up with a new ISP carrier that not only offered more bandwidth, but which saves us a total of $500/mo in carrier services fees.
